Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the "Text to Calendar - AI Event Scheduler" Chrome extension (the "Service") operated by us ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. The Service is a browser extension for Google Chrome that allows users to highlight text on a webpage and use an AI model to parse that text into structured calendar event data. This data is then used to pre-fill a new event in the user's Google Calendar.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any text content you select and process through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of its creators. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by simply uninstalling the Chrome extension from your browser.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
